She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Maryville University, which helped her transition into clinical operations and executive leadership. Nicole now serves as Chief Executive Officer of Envision Health Partners, where she collaborates with clinical and operational teams to develop innovative health plans for diverse patient populations.
Elaine Ergenbright
Chief of Staff
Elaine Ergenbright is Chief of Staff at Telecare and also leads marketing efforts at Thesus Health. She holds a degree in marketing and has built her career at the intersection of healthcare and innovation. At Telecare, she supports strategic initiatives and ensures team coordination and operational alignment. At Thesus Health, she drives brand development and outreach to grow awareness and adoption of its telehealth platform.
Elizabeth Pugsley, RN, BSN, BPH
Co-Founder
Elizabeth Pugsley is a healthcare professional with experience in both clinical care and public health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Appalachian State University and completed the Accelerated Nursing Program at Emory University. Currently, she works as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Stepdown Unit at Duke University Hospital, providing high-acuity care and supporting multidisciplinary teams. Her combined training informs a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
Shumaysah Qureshi
Business Development
Shumaysah Qureshi is a business development intern with a clinical background in pediatric care and a strong interest in healthcare systems innovation. She is currently supporting both Thesus Health and Telecare Staffing Solutions in projects that integrate compassionate care with data-driven solutions. Shumaysah is passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient access and experiences.

Business Development
Heather Boyd is the Director of Communications for Thesus Health, where she leads efforts in healthcare policy, manufacturing, grant management, and vendor relations. She also supports business development with Telecare Staffing Solutions, focusing on strategic partnerships and workforce growth. With over 15 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare policy, Heather brings deep expertise in regulatory affairs and a strong track record of advancing public health initiatives.
